We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are considered final once an order is placed.

Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Items 

If there is an issue with the items you received (e.g., incorrect item, size, or a manufacturer defect), you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.  

To report an issue, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the items in question. Claims made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for review.
