International Shipping, Customs, Duty and Import TaxUpdated 6 days ago

All international packages are shipped duty unpaid, meaning you’re responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by customs officials in your destination country. We can't predict or estimate these charges, and we don’t collect them on your behalf.

Customs Duty & Import Tax

Customs duty and import tax are charges applied by your local customs authorities when goods are imported into the country.  If your order is subject to customs duty or import tax, you'll be responsible for paying these fees directly to the authorities. The amount is usually based on the value and type of goods being imported.

Your Responsibility

Once customs authorities determine that import fees are required for your order, they will attempt to contact you for payment. If they are unable to reach you, your order may be held for 3-7 days, during which you must pay any outstanding fees to receive your package.

Failure to pay customs duties or taxes may result in customs disposing of your order. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unpaid customs fees and cannot issue refunds or credits for orders that are destroyed or returned due to these charges.

Steps to Ensure Release of Your Order

To make sure your order is released promptly, follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Tracking Number: Use the carrier's website to find out the amount due and any payment instructions.
  2. Contact Customs Authorities: If no instructions are provided, reach out to your local customs office to determine the duty, taxes, and import fees owed for your shipment.
  3. Make Your Payment: Pay the required customs charges directly to the authorities.
  4. Keep Records: Retain all payment receipts and documentation for your records.
