We offer Shipping Protection to help cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. This is optional, but highly recommended for peace of mind.


Why Choose Shipping Protection?

  • Orders with Shipping Protection are covered.

  • Orders without it are not protected — you’ll need to file claims directly with the shipping carrier.

  • Shipping Protection must be added at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.


What’s Covered

  1. Lost in Transit

    • Package never delivered and tracking shows no delivery scan.

    • Claim allowed after 7 business days of no updates.

  2. Stolen (Marked Delivered, Not Received)

    • Carrier says delivered, but you didn’t get it.

    • Must wait 24 hours before filing a claim, and file within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Damaged Items

    • Items arrived broken or damaged.

    • Claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

    • Requires photos of damage, packaging, and label.
