Orders
We want to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. Below, we’ve outlined what you can expect after placing your order on our website.
Order Confirmation
Immediately after completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include:
- Your order number
- A summary of the items purchased
- The shipping address and billing details you provided
- Payment confirmation
If you do not receive this email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, reach out to our Customer Support team at [email protected].
Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll begin processing it.
This involves:
- Verifying your payment
- Preparing your items for shipment
Order processing typically takes 1-5 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Notification
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- A tracking number
- A link to track your package
- Carrier information (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier’s website.
We typically ship orders within 5 business days. If there's a delay, we’ll keep you posted.
Here are the most common reasons order may be delayed:
Inventory Verification
Occasionally, we need to confirm stock availability before processing your order. If an item is low in stock or temporarily unavailable, your order may be held while we assess fulfillment options. In some cases, items may be delayed, but we will ship them as soon as they become available.
Payment Issues
If there’s an issue with your payment (like incorrect card details or declined payment), it can delay your order.
Incorrect Address Format
If your address is incomplete, missing details, or not in the correct format, it can cause delays in shipping. This is especially common with international addresses or when there’s a mismatch between the address and shipping information.

Order Cancellations & Item Removal:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as processing and fulfillment begin immediately.

Adding Items:
Items cannot be added after an order is submitted.
Requesting Changes:
For any changes, to shipping details, contact customer support immediately.
While changes may not be possible after processing, our team will assist where possible.
We are unable to make any changes to shipping addresses, except for adding a missing or incorrect apartment, unit, or building number. If this applies to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee any changes, we will do our best to assist you if your order hasn’t reached the fulfillment stage yet.

Please note: We can not make address changes to international orders.
What Happens If It’s Too Late to Update?
If we’re unable to update your shipping address because the order has already been processed or shipped, the package will be sent to the original address provided during checkout. In these cases, unfortunately, we won’t be able to reroute or recall the package once it’s in transit.
Tracking Your Order
Existing customers with online accounts
Log-in to to your Civil Regime online account to view your order status, tracking details and return options if available.
New or Unregistered Customers
To track your order, navigate to the Help Center Category page and click on track order. Follow the prompts to authenticate and view your order status and tracking details
What to Know About Your Order
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
- A second email with tracking details will be sent when your order ships.

Where to Find Size Charts
Visit the product page of the item you’re interested in, and you’ll find the size guide in the product description section. The icon is what you should be looking for. Specs differ for each of our styles so make sure you check the size chat of the item you're looking to buy.
Here's how to measure yourself accurately and find the perfect size
Women’s Sizing Guide
Tops:
- Chest – Measure the full circumference 2.5 cm below the underarm.
- Length – Measure from the highest point on the shoulder straight down to the top of your hips.
- Hips – Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Sports Bras:
- Chest – Measure the full circumference 2.5 cm below the underarm.
- Length – Measure from the top of your shoulder down to just below the bust.
Bottoms:
- Waist – Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
- Hips – Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Inside Leg – Measure from your crotch to ankle for the inseam.
Men’s Sizing Guide
Tops:
- Chest - Measure the full circumference of the chest 2.5cm below the underarm
- Length - Measure from the highest point on the shoulder straight down to the top of your hips.
- Hips - Measure the full circumference at the widest/fullest point of the hips
Bottoms:
- Waist - Measure the full circumference at the narrowest / smallest point of the waist
- Front Rise - Measure from the top of the waistband at the front, down to the crotch seam.
- Inside leg (Inseam) - Measure full length of the inner leg from crotch to ankle
Why Sizing May Vary
- Fabric & Material: Different fabrics have varying levels of stretch and structure, which can affect how items fit. For example, a fitted cotton tee may feel different from a stretchable polyester blend.
- Cut & Design: Our products are designed for a range of fits—some are relaxed, while others are more tailored. This design approach means sizing can vary slightly between product categories.
- Purpose & Functionality: Activewear, streetwear, and casual pieces are created with different functionality in mind, influencing their fit.
How to Ensure the Best Fit
- Check the Size Guide: Every product page includes a
tailored to that specific item. It’s located in the product description section.
- Measure Yourself: Use our detailed size charts and measurement guides to compare your body measurements with the chart.
- Reach Out to Support: If you're unsure about a specific product, our Support Team is happy to assist you with finding the right size for your needs.
Tips for a Better Fit
- Always consider the fit description on the product page (e.g., regular, slim, oversized).
- If you're between sizes, opt for the larger size for a more relaxed fit or the smaller size for a snugger feel, depending on your preference.
We use special dyes and mineral wash processes to give our collections their unique look and feel with natural variances in texture, distress, and color shades. These variations are intentional and not considered defects.
Washing Instructions
- Inside Out: Turn your clothes inside out before washing to protect prints, embroidery, and fabric texture.
- Cool Water: Wash with cold or cool water to preserve the dyes and minimize shrinkage. Avoid using hot water.
- Avoid Bleach: Do not use bleach or harsh detergents, as they can damage the fabric and fade colors.
- Tumble Dry Low or Lay Flat to Dry: For best results, either tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to air dry. This helps protect elasticity, prints, and embroidery.
Additional Care Tips
- Avoid Direct Contact with Light Fabrics & Surfaces: Due to the dyeing process, colors may transfer, so avoid direct contact with light-colored fabrics and surfaces.
- No Ironing on Prints or Embroidery: When ironing, avoid going over prints or embroidered areas to prevent damage.
💡 Important: Read the Care Label before washing, always check the care label attached to your products for specific instructions. Each item may have its own recommended settings for washing, drying, and ironing.
We typically do not plan for restocks and cannot guarantee if a specific item will be restocked. Our strategy involves manufacturing in limited quantities to provide exclusive items that are unique to our customers.

Payments
Using Store Credit or Discount Codes
Follow the steps below to apply your store credit, e-gift card, or discount code at checkout.
Step 1: Enter Your Promo Code
On the checkout page, locate the field labeled “Discount Code” or “Promo Code.” Enter your code and click Apply.
Step 2: Complete Your Purchase
Once the discount is applied, the updated price will display. Proceed by entering your payment and shipping information to finalize your purchase.
💡 Important: Be sure to apply your promo code before completing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply discount codes after the purchase is finalized.
Athlete/Ambassador Codes
Athlete and Ambassador codes work just like discount codes! Simply follow the same steps above to apply your code at checkout.

Duplicate Charge
If you notice multiple charges for the same order, it’s typically due to one of these reasons:
Failed Payment Attempts: If your initial payment didn’t process successfully, the system might retry, resulting in extra charges appearing temporarily.
Technical Glitches: Occasionally, checkout errors can lead to duplicate charges.
Authorization Holds: Some banks place a temporary hold on funds during the transaction process, even if the order wasn’t completed
Failed Order
If your order didn’t go through but you still see a charge, it’s likely due to a temporary authorization hold placed by your bank. These holds are not actual charges, and are automatically released by your bank, typically within 3–5 business days.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and the applicable state and local tax rates. During checkout, the system will automatically calculate the total sales tax, which will be added to your order total before completing your purchase.

Shipping and Delivery
Order Fulfillment, Shipping & Delivery
Order Fulfillment takes between 3-5 business days, during this time your order is being prepared for shipping and carrier pickup. Orders shipping Express will have a shortened fulfillment window of 1-2 business days.
Time In Transit is based on the shipping speed chosen at checkout.
We currently offer 2 shipping speeds, Standard and Express.
Domestic Orders: 3-5 business days in transit
Total estimated delivery time is between 6-10 business days.
International Orders: 7-15 business days in transit
Total estimated delivery time is between 10-20 business days.
Yes, we do! We now offer Shipping Package Protection to provide our customers peace of mind, knowing their order is protected should it become lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
Shipping Package Protection, when purchased at checkout, will provide reimbursement of the full amount paid for the affected order including shipping for a covered loss, when a valid claim is filed.

Please be informed that once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, our responsibility for the shipment concludes. Unfortunately, without shipping insurance, we are unable to provide coverage for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages after they have been marked as delivered.
We highly recommend considering Package Shipping Protection for all orders to safeguard against any unforeseen circumstances.
This additional measure ensures that your package is protected in case of incidents beyond our control.
All international packages are shipped duty unpaid, which means the customer will be responsible for any tax, duty or other fees imposed by the customs officials that govern the destination country.
We are unable to predict or estimate any amounts that may become due, nor do we collect any tax, duty or other fees on behalf of the customer.
Shipping Protection
At Civil Regime, we understand the importance of ensuring that your orders reach you safely and securely. Our Shipping Package Protection service is designed to offer you peace of mind by providing coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please carefully review the following details to understand your rights and responsibilities when utilizing our protection services.
1. CLAIMS AND COVERAGE
Coverage
Customers who opt to purchase Shipping Protection with their orders will be entitled to coverage against loss, theft, or damages during transit. Please note that the Shipping Package Protection coverage applies solely to the items included in the order for which coverage was purchased and does not extend to items from previous or future orders. This protection is available for an additional fee and must be selected at the time of purchase.

When to File A Claim
Claims must be filed within the timelines listed below. Your claim may be denied if it is not filed in accordance with these timelines.
How to Submit A Claim
We’ve made submitting a claim quick and easy with our online claim form. Once your claim is submitted, we will begin investigating the damaged, lost, or stolen package. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to review and process your claim.
Claim Approval/Denial
If your claim is approved, compensation will cover the cost of the affected item(s) only. Shipping fees, taxes, and Shipping Protection charges are not eligible for reimbursement. Compensation may be issued as a replacement, store credit, refund, or a combination thereof, depending on item availability and the nature of the claim.
For claims related to packages marked as delivered by the carrier, we reserve the right to deny the claim if it is found to be false, misleading, abusive, or part of a pattern of excessive claims. Additionally, in such cases, we reserve the right to limit compensation to store credit only.
2. COVERAGE LIMITATIONS
Coverage Exclusions
The following are excluded from coverage:
- Items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Loss or damage due to natural events (e.g., floods, earthquakes, severe weather).
- Damage occurring after customer delivery.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- Shipping protection cannot be canceled after an order has shipped.
- Orders placed without Shipping Protection.
Excessive Claims
At our discretion, we will limit the number of claims a customer can file under our Shipping Package Protection policy. If we determine that a limit should be applied, we will inform the customer in writing.
Once notified, the limitation will be in effect for a period of 365 days, during which no further claims will be accepted. This limitation applies after the current outstanding claim, if any, has been processed.
We reserve the right to implement this limitation based on our assessment of each individual case.
Abuse of Coverage
In cases where a pattern of excessive claims is observed, or if it is determined that there has been an abuse of coverage or fraudulent activity, any open or future claims will be denied.
Examples of abuse of coverage are but not limited to:
- Filing a claim for an item that was not lost, stolen or damaged.
- Claims made for packages that were received and falsely reported as missing or stolen.
3. POLICY UPDATES
Civil Regime reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Protection Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
4. AGREEMENT
By purchasing Package Protection with your order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Our goal is to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring that your shipments are handled with care throughout the entire process.
Get peace of mind with Shipping Protection, in the event your order is damaged, stolen or lost in transit. When purchased at checkout, Shipping Package Protection covers the cost of items you purchased when a valid claim is filed.
Orders that experience one of the following losses are covered by Shipping Protection:
Stolen packages
If your package was marked as delivered but is nowhere to be found, a claim can be filed as soon as 3 days after the date the carrier marked the package as delivered but no later than 20 days.
Lost packages
If your package remains undelivered and there are no updates to the tracking for more than 14 consecutive days, you can file a claim on the 14th day, but no later than 30 days from the last tracking update.
Damaged packages
If your package is received damaged upon delivery, a claim can be filed immediately. Claims for damages beyond 7 days of delivery will not be approved.
Note: Photos of all damaged items including shipping and packaging materials will be required.

Returns
We have updated our return policy effective 2/13/2024.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
